4. Customer Data and Privacy
You retain full ownership of all customer data uploaded or synced into the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is used only to deliver and improve our services.

5. Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all relevant outreach laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and A2P 10DLC. Our tools help support compliance, but legal responsibility is yours.

6. Billing and Payment
CrushOutbound services are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are due according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property
All CrushOutbound branding, software, and content belong to us or our licensors. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
CrushOutbound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of those changes.
